DO YOU USE DAIRY?


Yes, all of our products contain dairy except anything labeled Vegan.




DO YOU HAVE A STORE FRONT?


Nope! We believe in reaching any and everyone and so our business is strictly online only. This helps us keep overhead costs down which allows us to keep our prices the way that they are!




DO YOU HAVE ANY COUPONS?


There are many ways to obtain promo codes for discounts. We send them out with first time customer orders when available.




DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?


Not currently at this time.




MY PACKAGE ARRIVED LATE, DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT?


Unfortunately, late deliveries are outside of our direct control. We do ask that you monitor the tracking information via the email received or by logging in to your account. Please allow an additional business day for the delivery to occur. Should your package arrive more than 2 business days after, please let us know by sending an email. We will see what we can do. Your purchase however will still hold the same freshness so long as the package remains sealed. Please follow the care instructions located in your order.




I DIDN'T LIKE THE FLAVOR THAT I ORDERS, CAN I GET A REFUND?


Unfortunately not all of our flavors are a winner. We do want you to be happy of course but when selecting the bar of your choice, please be certain that it is something that you would be familiar with. Example, Cookies & Cream is simply Oreo Cookie flavor. If you are not a fan of the cookie, you most likely will not be a fan of it in any other form. We are unable to provide any refunds or exchanges once your order is submitted.




MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT'S MISSING


This is a known practice with all carriers. Packages can be pre-scanned before placed in your mailbox. If the driver pre-scanned your package, and it is not at the place indicated on your tracking, In this case, it is likely to show up no later than 8pm that same day or the following business day. We do not guarantee delivery days for this reason. If you live in an apartment, please check with your leasing office for your package. You may have also received a key to a parcel locker. If you still do not have your package after the above has been completed, please contact the local UPS to request a trace. If they are unable to locate your package, and it has been more than 2 business days we are happy to replace it free of charge less shipping cost which will be required to send a replacement. Please send us an email using our "talk to us" contact form including your order number.




MY ORDER DID NOT COME IN A BOX, WHY?


We now offer the option between our new fresh save freezer bags or clear boxes. Some automatically will come in a box due to the production of the item. If you did not select a box, you most likely selected the freezer bag for packaging.




MY TRACKING INFORMATION IS NOT UPDATING


There are a couple of reason for this. If you just received tracking details, it can take up to 24 hours for the carrier website to update information. If there is some tracking but it stopped mid way, your package may be delayed at one of the carrier's facilities. Should your delivery be delayed due to weather or the carrier has lost your package in transit and it is over 2-3 additional business days from the estimated delivery day, and there is no current to-date tracking, we can either refund you or send you a replacement plus the cost to reship. The original order you can simply keep or discard if it eventually does arrive to you.




WHY IS SHIPPING SO HIGH?


Actually, our shipping is currently discounted on a permanent basis and are WAY less than the average price compared to our competitors. Rates are determined by the carrier and we do not make a dime off of the shipping fees. You are paying for your order to be shipped, that is the cost for the service. Regular rates start at $12.50. We currently receive a discount with our shipping partner, and we now share that savings with you. So instead of paying $12.50, you are paying $5 on up depending on quanity. We reserve the right to change the shipping costs based on the UPS rates. Currently this is the cost we charge.




WHY DON'T YOU CHARGE TAX?


Currently we are offiering all orders tax free through April 15th. We will re-assess this special as we get closer to the date.




MY ADDRESS WAS ENTERED WRONG AND MY DELIVERY IS LOST


We are sorry this happened. We use the information that you listed on your order. If for any reason this information is incorrect, we are unable to refund your order or replace it. We sincerely apologize.




WHERE ARE MY BROWNIES MADE?


In a certified commercial kitchen in our local area.




I HAVE ALLERGIES TO NUTS


We bake to orderin small batches. No single order comes in contact with another that may contain nuts.
